Founded by Dr Josephine Neale, Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.

I provide online mental health care for children and young people aged 4-17, in a safe, confidential and compassionate way, where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and challenges without judgement.

With many years of experience in child and adolescent mental health care and a background at the prestigious Great Ormond Street Hospital, including work in national specialist teams, I offer thoughtful, evidence-based care.

As an Honorary Associate Professor at University College London, I remain closely connected to current research and clinical developments. This means you benefit from care that is not only empathetic and personal, but also informed by the most up-to-date and effective approaches.

    We require your GP referral letter and a few details to get you started.

    Your consultant-led care begins with an online appointment with Dr Neale.

When a prescription is needed, medication is delivered discreetly to your door via the online pharmacy Pharmacierge, whose dispensary is located adjacent to London’s Harley Street.
